I have read about and always wanted to meet Gail Worth of Worth Harley Davidson.  Well, we still haven’t met but I stood really near her at the KC Onliner networking meeting this evening. I also had the privilege of hearing Gail speak about her career and business philosophy. Gail is a real inspiration to any person who wishes to succeed in any endeavor, business or personal.
What I took away from her short presentation was that any of us can learn the tools and techniques to succeed, the key is to put them into practice and TAKING ACTION. Gail spoke of many techniques that we all have heard a million times in thousands of books and seminars but she lives them.  Don’t think about smiling to get someone else to smile “do it”. Don’t make a choice to have a bad day, week, month, year, make your choice to persevere and give yourself an attitude adjustment.

My “AHA” or “WOW” moment in what Gail spoke about was achieving her dream of creating the Worth Harley Davidson experience for everyone to enjoy regardless of if they ride a motorcycle or not.  Gail spoke about her dream to provide that experience as that star she had been reaching out to. It  wasn’t enough though for customers to leave Worth Harley Davidson and say WOW, that was a cool experience…   Gail was going for the “Second WOW” when the visitor would then say WOW, I’m going to tell all of my friends about this.  Ingenious! built in word of mouth and referrals by creating a great experience for your customers and prospects that they want to talk about!
